AmSty Announces Interim CEO
The Woodlands, Texas – March 11, 2020 – Dr. Randy Pogue has been named CEO of AmSty, effective April 2, as Brad Crocker is stepping down from the role. Dr. Pogue will serve on an interim basis while a search is conducted for CEO candidates over the coming months, of which Dr. Pogue and other internal candidates will also be considered. "We are grateful to Brad for his service over the past eight years, during which time AmSty has transformed as an industry leader," said Jim Becker, Chairman of AmSty's Board of Directors. "We look forward to AmSty's continued leadership in the styrenics industry, which includes a core focus on new innovations in sustainability."
