AmSty Announces New CFO, Daniel Bialkowski
The Woodlands, Texas - June 4, 2012 - Americas Styrenics LLC (AmSty), the joint venture between Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP (Chevron Phillips Chemical) and Styron LLC, today announced the appointment of Daniel Bialkowski as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2012.
Bialkowski served most recently as Vice President of Finance and Information Systems for Lawter, Inc. Prior to his tenure with Lawter, Bialkowski gained audit and finance management experience in the chemical industry at companies including Momentive Specialty Chemicals and Ashland, Inc.
